Standard Shipping – Australia
Our Standard Shipping is via road and usually takes between 1 and 3 business days from the time it is despatched, however can take up to 10 business days to some destinations including remote locations. We use Sendle for this service.

Express – Australia
We offer an express shipping service. Simply choose ‘Express’ from the delivery options during checkout. Delivery costs will be calculated during the checkout once your shipping address details have been completed. International Express
We currently offer an international shipping service for delivery to locations outside Australia and USA. Using your own freight company – Australia
If you have a valid account with a transport company that can pick-up from Salisbury, Qld 4107 Australia, then you can choose to use your own freight company.
To do this:
- Select ‘I’ll use my own freight company’ from the shipping options during checkout
- Include the name of your transport company AND your freight account number in the ‘Order Notes’ section
Pick-up from Factory – Australia
You can pick up your order from our Brisbane, Australia factory. Please choose the ‘Local Pick-up’ option during the checkout.
Please wait until your have received an email confirming your order is ready to be collected before coming to collect your order. We cannot dispatch any orders until this confirmation email has been sent.
